Is your battery quality approved?
Yes, we guarantee that the quality of cell we use is approved by EVVA. And we will have full inspection of each cells and grouping them before assembling into battery packs. All products will be manufactured under the quality management system of ISO 9000: 2015, Besides, the PCM/BMS we use is self-designed and is chosed according to different application&specification. Besides, all battery packs will be under a full inspection before shipment.
Do you have a factory for battery pack assembly?
Yes, we are a professional factory building for battery packs. With a series of advanced machines and experienced staffs we are sure we can provide a professional battery pack for your end. We are factory and our lead time is guaranteed and well controlled.
What kind of testing do you use before shipment?
Appearance, battery pack voltage, internal resistance, aging (discharge and charge), dimension, etc.
What certifications do you have?
We have passed the ISO 9001: 2015 certification including design, production and sales of Lithium ion batteries. Also we have CE, UN38.3, CB and other testing certifications for our battery packs. If for OEM battery packs, we can also send to authority for testing if you required.
What is your warranty?
We guarantee the quality before the item is shipped but also provide 3-month to 6-month warranty beginning from the day the products are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to EVVA, and EVVA assumes all cost in shipping the items back to customer. Any damages caused by improper use are not covered by our warranty.
What is your lead time if I placed an order?
For all products in stock, our lead time is within 2 working days after payment is confirmed to be received. For OEM/ODM battery packs, our lead time is around 10-20 days including materials preparation.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, Alibaba trade assurance and paypal.
What shipment method do you use?
Air (for small parcels, we ship via UPS express or other door to door air method) or ocean (for large shipment, we would ship via sea).
