Amaretti di Sicilia, also called "Soft Almond Biscuits" (Soffici Paste di Mandorla) is a typical Sicilian cookie. Pasticceria Campidoglio creates this product using ingredients and processing methods as 80 years ago, when its activity started. The 50% of this biscuits is made of Sicilian almonds, ground in stone rollers. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN FLOURS and it is completely hand made. In addition to the classical flavor these biscuits can be Tangerine, Gianduia, Pistacchio and Orange flavored.
