Product Description
The YA-D series, All-in-One'' compact dryer combines the drying, dehumidifying and two-stage conveying functions in a single unit. It is suitable for drying hygroscopic engineering plastics, such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, etc. It can reach dew point of -40°C under ideal condition. This series of products employ honeycomb rotor and fully stainless steel down-blowing euro hopper dryer. The whole series adopt a LCD touch screen interface and provide a dew-point monitor and an automatic loader as optional.

◎ YA-D series all-in-one dehumidifying dryer are equipped with honeycomb rotor for dehumidifying.They have two kinds of
design:Full-integral and semi-integral depending on the size.
◎ Suitable for drying hygroscopic engineering plastics such as PA,PC,PBT,PET,etc.
◎ Integration of dehumidifying, drying and two-stage conveying functions in a single unit. Three-stage
conveying is also available as an option.
◎ Insulated drying hopper features dry air down-blowing and cyclone exhaust design. This improves drying
efficiency and reduces energy consumption, while maintaining a steady drying effect.
◎ Closed-loop conveying system eliminates the possibility of moisture re-absorption during material conveying.
◎ The dehumidifying section of TCD series features two condensers to ensure a low return air temperature
and low dew-point.
◎ Equipped with pneumatic shut-off valve to ensure no material remains in the material line after each loading cycle.
◎ Material processing is controlled via microprocessor as standard with touch screen PLC Control as
an option for centralised and automatic operation.
◎ Dew-point monitor can be fitted to monitor and display dry air dew-point.oducing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes.

A2: Yes, we can provide the complete solution line to customer according to customer’s requirement.
Q3: How about the quality control in your factory?
A3: Yizumi has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 72 hours and must be inspected carefully before shipment.

Q4: Will you offer the pre-sales service?
A4: Yes, we have an experienced pre-sales team to support customers not only including machine, mold and auxiliary selection but also water .electrical, machine layout in factory, etc.
Q5: What about the after-service? Will you send your engineer to my country to help commission and install the machine?
A5: Surely, we have many experience technical engineers for oversea service, they would help you install machine and support training to workers also. Currently we provide visit online by video call for the COVID-19.
Q6: What is the delivery time of the machine?
A6: Actually, the delivery time of the machines is depended on the machine options. Normally, the delivery time of standard machine could be within 1-2 month
Q7 : What is the warranty of the machine ?
A7: The whole machine’s warranty period is 12 months and key parts will be depended.
Q8 : Mold trial will be available in Yizumi factory ?
