FR4 epoxy glass fiber laminate sheet adopts 7628 glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin by hot pressing. It has high mechanical and electrical properties, good heat resistance and humidity resistance. Products are widely used on mechanical,electronic and electrical equipment as components of insulation parts. The product have higher mechanical properties, electrical properties and high thermal mechanical strength.

Main Featrues

2, thermal insulation performance: the thermal conductivity of FRP panel is about 0.23W/ m2.K, the thermal conductivity of rigid polyurethane foam is 0.018-0.028W/ m2.K, and the total heat transfer coefficient K value is lower than 0.3W/m2.K.
3. Surface properties: the surface of FRP has very strong tensile strength, bending strength and impact toughness, and no deformation. It has excellent chemical stability for the medium of atmosphere, rain and general concentration of acid, alkali,salt and other medium.
High surface finish, anti ultraviolet, good light protection, no color change, easy to clean, especially suitable for all kinds of car advertising.
4, permeability resistance: double faced glass steel panel has water permeability, water resistance is excellent.
5, flame retardancy: the flame retardant index of FRP board conforms to the national standard B2 grade.
6, product life: 4-6 times higher than the domestic traditional products.
7, easy maintenance: no obvious signs of repair repair after treatment, which is made of steel, aluminum plate can not be compared.
8, environmental protection performance: there is no volatile and corrosion resistant material on the surface of FRP, and the sandwich insulation board fills with fluorine free polyfoam plastic, green and environmental protection.
