Paper impregnation line
Paper impregnation line is equipment with unwinder, automatic paper splice device to achieve constant production and increased productive efficiency. Pre-wetting with adjustable penetration path, precise metering adjustment by electrical motor to ensure a well-balanced resin covering. High efficient drying carried out by dedicated nozzles and frequency controlled radial fan. The temperature of each dryer can be individual controlled. Advanced aligning system guarantees precise cutting, accurate and wrinkle-free stacking. The sophisticated paper-stack replacing device provides abundant time and convenient operation for replacing paper-stack.
