Q: Can you provide free samples before an order?
A: Yes, we are happy to offer free sample, only need client to arrange shipping cost.
Q: Can you customize our own brand or design?
A: Yes, with about 20 years OME&ODM experiences, we have our own design center and we can put your logo and design on luggage cover. We can do custom logos on the products by: foil-stamping, embroidering or woven label.
Q: Do you have any certificate for your products?
A:Yes, we have passed the BSCI audition and Oeko-Tex Standard100 certificate, now it is going to pass Made in Green certificate.We also have one GRS production line.
Q: What's your lead time of sampling?
A: Our sample lead time is 7 to 14 days excluding new logo/design/tooling development.
Q: What’s your production lead time?
A: Generally, our production lead time is 45-65 days after sample/details are finalized. We can be flexible if you have specific request.
Q: What is your term of delivery?
A: We accept FOB / CIF / CNF, you can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A:30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
Q: Do you have professional QC (Quality Control), QA (Quality Assurance)?
A: Yes, we do. We train our QC team periodically. We have our extra QC on site throughout the production. We test raw materials and finished goods. We do final inspection before shipment.
Q: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Normally our MOQ is 300pcs per design per size, 2000pcs per order, but trial order is always welcome.
Q: How about your after-sale service?
A: After sending, we will track the products for you, until you get the products.
When you got the goods, test them, and give me a feedback.
