Before placing the order, we would conduct the factory audit on the production capability, factory environment, factory global compliance issues, if they are correctable we will help factory to meet these rules. If they cannot meet, we will get to the back-up factory to do the order, making sure your items produced in the factory are all compliable. The standard we use is BSCI.

After all information is confirmed, we will make out the order following chart, every step has one team to follow and check. The sales department will update the procedures and the order status to customer periodically. Our QC team, some of our sourcing team sometimes will be in QC team also, for they know the detail since the very beginning, will check the products and production schedule regularly, making sure the items that are being produced is the same as approved samples. QC team will make the report with AQL 1.0 on inspection and find out the problems, and let the factory correct.

We have our after-service team to solve the problems or questions you might have, we will reply you in 24 hours, and no more than 3 days if big deal.
