2.Q:What format of design drawings do we accept?

   A: Adobe Illustrator file is the best, but PDF, PS, PNG JPEG also is OK.

3.Q:What is the MOQ? Can i mix different styles to a start order ?  

   A: Our MOQ is 500 pcs. Yes, the MOQ is 500 pcs for each style each color, but we can provide any stock as sample for you check the quality first, or send high definition photo of sample for approval by email

4.Q:How about the standard quality?

   A:All looks good and defeat rate under 5%, not 100% perfect .

5.Q:How about the sample policy?

   A:We can provide 2 pcs free samples for you checking the quanlity frist .

      You need to pay mold fee and shipping cost (if need to ship to you ).

6. How many days to receive sample ? What's your delivery time ?
   A: About 3-5 days to get sample. Usually it takes about 6-8 days for production, it also depend on goods quality and quantity.

7.Q:Why should I pay all fee before production, why can't pay 50%?

   A:From artwork to produce will cost workface and our lots of attention, just to make sure this order can come out perfect and you want them.

8.Q:How do I pay my order?

   A:PayPal, Western Union, T/T and Alipay (best suggestion )

9.Q:Which delivery way is avaiable?

   A:FedEx, DHL, UPS(best suggestion), and TNT.
