System Principle
In view of the high-water vapor content, large concentration and complex working conditions of organic exhaust gas, we designedand developed an online organic exhaust gas analyzer. It adopts the whole process of 175°C high temperature trace heating sampletransmission and high temperature FID detection. After the sample is filtered by the built-in filter, it is collected. In thequantitative loop, the samples in the quantitative loop are respectively sent to the chromatographic column through the carriergas for separation, and then successively enter the FID detector for detection.

Working Principle of Gas Chromatography
The principle of gas chromatography: when the carrier gas carries the sample into the column, the adsorption or dissolutioncapacity (partition coefficient) of each component of the sample in the two phases is different, and when the components arerepeatedly partitioned in the two phases, the component with a small partition coefficient is retained by the stationary phase for a short period of time and can flow out of the column quickly.

Working Principle of FID
Using the flame of hydrogen and air combustion as the energy source, the ions are generated by the combustion of organic materials containing carbon in the flame, and under the action of an applied electric field, the ions form a stream of ions, and the concentration (proportional to the number of C atoms) is detected according to the intensity of the electrical signal generated by the stream of ions.
