Ground Cover is also called anti grass cloth,weed control fabric,anti weed mat,weed barrier,ground cover fabric and easily applied either by hand or with hand-held dispenser; the wrap adheres to itself once it is wrapped around the pallet or around goods and protects the goods against dust and weather and will retain its tension whilst in transit.

1.Use Weed control mat as a surface mulch in the green house, as pathways in the vegetable garden, in a strawberry bed (also suppresses slugs and keeps fruit dry), around young trees and saplings. Used anti weed mat on a vegetable bed prior to planting it will warm the soil and conserve moisture.
2.Used as a subsurface mulch, it can be covered with soil, bark or gravel for permanent weed control. It can be laid underpaving slabs to prevent weeds growing through the cracks.

5. Q: Are the materials in the mat safe to use on a garden?

All of the polypropylene fabrics that AGU lawn & garden use are degradable. Others are felt (cheap). It’s things like black plastic or blue tarps that should be avoided. That’s because those materials have no UV stabilizers so they break down and beginto crumble after being out in the sun for a very short time. Also, unlike AGU garden mats, none of those fabrics breathe, i.e.,they do not let air and water through.
