Chainless production line (using computer automation and drive technology, computer program control, frequency conversion constant temperature, constant humidity). Adopt all stainless steel head, automatic control oiling, servo motor dipping glue, glue groove gear shaft turning glue and other technical improvements. Elimination of air compressors can avoid external oil pollution and achieve energy-saving, environmentally friendly and high-quality production lines. The daily output reaches 2-2.5 million pieces (adapted to 0#-5# molds). The production line is open-drying, the drying tunnel adopts high-precision industrial-grade aluminum alloy rails, and the polymer plastic injection molding bearing conveys the template to reduce the dust and pollution caused by the wear of the template and the rail.
