Q: Do you accept assembling the boards that are not made by ps?
Currently, we do not use others’ PCBs to assemble at our facilities. We offer PCB fabrication, parts sourcing, and PCB assembly in a continuous and smooth manner to save our customers time and money.
Q: What documents do you need for production&assembly?
PCB Gerber files, BOM, Pick and Place files, etc., also we accept samples to do PCB copy and BOM generation.
Q: Are my PCB files safe when I submit them to you?
We respect the customer's copyright and will never manufacture PCB for someone else with your files.
Q: How do you request the shipping and marking of the parts for the consigned or kitted order?
We hope you can mark on any individual package or box with the corresponding line number on BOM, manufacturer’s part# or customer’s part#, quantities. A detailed packing list is preferred to enable us to count and check upon receipt of your parts.
Q: Can you source parts for PCB assembly?
Yes, it is an important step of our one-stop solution. We own powerful parts supply chains and parts analytic processing, in case parts crossing or substitution is needed, we will ask for your final approval.
Q: Are you capable of BGA assembly?
Yes, We have the ability to handle BGA of 0.25mm pitch with X-ray testing.
Q: Why to panelize my PCBs?
Panelization is needed when your PCB dimension is smaller than 50mmx100mm, or when your PCB is of any shape (circular, or odd shape) other than a rectangle, your boards must be panelized in an array for assembly. As we also fabricate your PCB for you, so once we start fabricating your boards we will have the panelization file (solder paste data), we will transfer the data to the PCBA department to create the stencil that matches the panelized PCB.
Q: What if I find issues or get defective boards?
Please tell us your issues in detail pictures and testing information will help we'll come up with flexible solutions to the issues ASAP including repairing or remaking.
Q: Can you source parts for me even if no assembly need?
Absolutely please provide us with your BOM or a list we will analyze the source make classified packaging attached with labels then send them to you.
Q: How do you quote the price of PCBA service?
We will include PCB manufacturing costs engineering fees fixture & stencil costs component costs assembly fees shipping charges or other charges you can clearly get the details in the quote.
Q: Do you offer PCB testing?
Of course, boards will go through the default circuit testing also function testing or more testing as required.
Q: Do you provide stencil?
Yes, we accept stencil commission which will be shipped together if needed.
