FEP heat shrink tubing has similar dielectric and frictional properties to PTFE heat shrink tubing. Except the Continuous operating temperature, FEP heat shrinkable tubing is suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to 200°C. But the begin shrink temperature of FEP tubing is just 130 °C, much lower than PTFE’s. This can be a significant advantage when used in conjunction with temperature sensitive components. The other advantage of FEP heat shrink tubing is that the max diameter of FEP heat shrink tubing we can produce is 215mm ID, much larger than PTFE’s.
Features and Benefits:
1. Excellent insulation
2. Operating temperature -180°C ~ 200 °C
3. No burn in the air (Oxygen Index>95vol%)
4. Excellent corrosion resistance
5. Low Friction: Dynamic friction coefficient 0.2-0.3
6. UV resistance
7. Large diameter up to 215mm.
8. Customize ( diameter, wall thickness, and color)
9. Shrink ratio: 1.3:1
10. Lower shrink temperature 130 degree C to start shrink
11. Low pass for 5G using
