Connect the amplifier the closest to the antenna the better, then connect your cables to bias tee and Helium hotspot.

4. Can I use it outdoors?
Of course.Our amplifier is IP67 waterproof, and can be installed right beneath antenna to reach optimal insertion loss performance. All you need to care about is to well seal the connectors of both ends with waterproof electrical tape.
5. Are a Bias Tee and AC/DC adapter required?
Yes, it is required to use an AC/DC adapter and a Bias Tee to inject 12V 0.5A DC power supply to amplifier. If you do not have them yourself, choose our amplifier kit option(includes amplifier x1, bias tee x1, and 6V/12V AC/DC adapter x1 ).
Note: Bias Tee is is a passive coaxial component, which is mainly used in applications where DC current or voltage needs to be injected into the RF circuit without affecting the RF signal passing through the main transmission path.
