Q1. How to order from Double Automotive Parts?
A: We usually supply parts according to OE Code/Part No., So you are welcome to send us
OE Code/Part No. list to discuss, If you do not have the OE Code/Part No. information, please feel free to contact us for support.
Q2. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes and brown cartons. For some fragile parts,will be packed by wooden case.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: For small amount order: 100% in advance by T/T, Trade Assurance, Western Union, Credit Card,etc.
For large amount order: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery.
We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA,etc.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally,for the air order, it will take about 3 to 5 days after received your deposit.
For the sea order,the specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order,usually 20-30 days can be ready.
Q6. What’s your whole order processing?
A: Enquiry-quotation-PI confirmed-50% or full payment-Parts ready in warehouse-Parts photos for customer checking-Packing-Balance received-Shipment
Q7. How do you avoid to the wrong parts?
A: 1. We have experienced sales and purchase team to deal with your order
2.Three time checking before shipment.( by purchase,sales and warehouse department)
3.All part photos will be sent to customers for double checking.
