Q1: What's the your warranty ? How could I do if the drive or bulb is broken due to the quality problem?
A1: We provide 12-24 months warranty period (for different products) from the date of the delivery. If you find any quality problem, just send the picture or the video and you will get the solution or free replacemt.
Q2: How about the CANBUS fitment and flash?
A2: Most of the cars are well to install headlight and no flashing . If some cars appear error and flashing when installed, do not hesitate to contact us if need.
Q3: How long does it take?
A3: For sample orders, it takes 2-7 days, depending on whether the raw material has inventory. (If there is a lack of raw materials, we will tell you)
Q4: Do you accept OEM & ODM? How long does it take for delivery?
A4: Yes, as we shown in the detail page. We provide custom services including LOGO, packaging, and product appearance. The laser-logo takes 1-3 days. (In the case of sufficient stock of other raw materials) Custom packaging takes about 15 days. (In the case of sufficient stock of other raw materials) Custom product appearance takes about 30 days. (In the case of sufficient inventory of other raw materials)
Q5: Is it the same lighting distance among 3000k , 4500k , 6000k ?
A5: It's same distance in normal environment. However , in rainy or foggy weather , lower color-temperature would be better for light penetration.\t
