The Recycle Foam Cutting Machine is ideal for reusing waste materials, memory foam, sponge,mattress leftover and latex foam, etc. The cutting machine can cut the recycled material into regular pieces (foam sticks), so that the waste material can be fully reusing to fill pillows, cushions, toys, etc. All the materials to be processed can be placed on the foam cutter machine directly.

Granulatation Size Adjustable
The cutting size of sponge can be adjusted by controlling the cutting speed of the knives.
The working width is 630mm, which is the largest series in the same kind of cutting machines.
Built-in with the function of automatic sharpening, the machine is with powerful cutting ability and fast cutting speed. When grinding, it can be done on the machine without dismantling.
The circular slitting cutter is with high strength and good wear resistance, with hardness of 60-62hrc. It can be used for more than 10 years without sharpening.
Each group of knife has a frequency converter to control the cutting speed. It can easily control the output and the size of the foam sticks/sponge pieces.
Once the machine is clogged, the machine will send an alarm to protect the safety of opeartor and machine.
Automatic Tension on Belt:
The machine has automatic belt tension function.In the process of using the old model, the belt is easy to deviate, which will cause blockage, belt wear and even fracture.
