Product Description
CFS-838, 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane is an epoxy functional silane. It is the equivalent of Momentive Silquest A-187 or Dynasylan GLYMO.
CFS-838 can be used as an adhesion promoter in coating and sealants industries, especially suitable for marine coatings system.
CFS-838 can be used for electronic encapsulation and electronic packaging. It can improve electrical properties of composites.
CFS-838 can act as a surface modifier to improve the bonding performance of organic resins such as epoxy, urethane, acrylic and polysulfide on inorganic substrates. CFS-838 can be used as a tackifier in cables manufacturing, with higher EVA ratio.
CFS-838 can be used for foundry resins to improve mechanical and chemical properties.

CFS-838 should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.
CFS-838 should be stored in its original containers and used up as soon as possible after opening.
