1.What information  do I need to provide before placing an order?

The size, capacity and usage are necessary. Besides, we may need some other parameters.

2.Can you design and customize products for me?

Definitely, we are extremely good at customizing various load cells. If you have any needs, please tell us. However, the customized products would postpone shipping time.

3.How long is your warranty period?

Our warranty period is 12 months. 

4.I am the buyer purchasing  a large number of load cells every year, can I visit your company and discuss in person?
