For modified ABS products, as for general ABS, ABS high rubber powder needs to be mixed with San. The only difference is that other additives are added at the same time. For example, for flame retardant ABS, flame retardant and flame retardant synergist need to be added (typical formula: ABS powder 30% - 40%, San, flame retardant and synergist 70% - 60%); Additional heat-resistant components are required to make heat-resistant ABS; Make ABS containing glass fiber and add additional glass fiber filler.

2, Product advantages:

The rubber content of the product is 55-70%. When producing general-purpose ABS, only 23-28% high rubber powder can reach the required performance index. If low rubber powder is used, 28-33% needs to be added, so the use of high rubber powder can reduce the cost. High nitrile content, the nitrile content of the product is about 26-28%, with strong polarity, easy coloring, good chemical resistance, strong rigidity of ABS and improved gloss. The thermal deformation temperature of general ABS produced with high rubber powder is greatly increased at 92-95 ℃, which is much higher than the national standard. It has obvious advantages compared with the products of other manufacturers. ABS produced with high rubber powder has high melt index, good fluidity and easy processing.

3, Application scope:

For general-purpose ABS, it can be directly mixed and granulated with San. It is recommended to use Daqing san-327 and Guoheng san-168, because their nitrile content and high rubber powder match best and comply with the similar compatibility law. The mixing ratio is generally 23-28:77-72, which can achieve the ideal physical property index (other additives are added according to the normal ratio, internal lubricant 0.8-1.0, external lubricant 0.5 and antioxidant 0.3).
