15months for motors, other parts with 1 year warranty time.

Yes, we offer sample for quality check, but we do not supply free sample. Moreover, some samples support to customized.
Q4. What is the delivery time?
It usually takes 10-15 days, but the exact delivery time might be different for customized products. Once we confirmed the all details of order, we will put all source into it.
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
For big order T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery, for small order pay by T/T or paypal 100% in advance.

Yes, our motor with Certification (CE, CCC), and our factory with certification of ISO9001.
