Product Overview
Description
It is a multi-purpose metalworking fluid used by mixing 5-10% with water in cutting, grinding and processing of various metals.
Usage areas
– Light and heavy machining of metals such as aluminum and copper alloys, mild steel and cast iron (machining)
– Hot drawing of aluminum bars (chipless manufacturing)

Adding oil to water in emulsion preparation: Water in the tank should be done slowly while it is in circulation. Never add water to oil. Before preparing the new emulsion, the tank must be completely emptied and cleaned. Plain water should never be used in emulsion additions. Necessary additions should be made with the appropriate concentration of emulsion prepared in a separate tank.
