Summary
The welding machine adopts suspension structure, annealing stress treatment after welding of two suspension beams to ensure that the beam length is not deformed, pneumatic keyboard type pressing structure, along the straight seam on both sides of the close arrangement to ensure that the butt weld in the whole welding length range of uniform pressing, the left and right keyboard pressing plate spacing can be adjusted to adapt to the welding of different workpiece. According to the thickness size of the workpiece, airbag type is used to ensure enough compression force to prevent thermal deformation in the welding process. Welding shaft core inlaid with copper lining plate, according to the cylinder or plate workpiece processing different welding process groove, groove center has a vent, provide gas protection function of welding back, to achieve the purpose of single-sided welding double-sided forming. All cables, air lines are installed in the drag chain, neat appearance and avoid cable breakage. High precision welding walking system is used to weld high quality and low deformation linear welds (manual adjustment can be assisted if necessary during the welding process).
