Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A1: We are a factory located in Qingdao with more than 10 years' experience in the inflatable industry. Trade with Clients fromAmerica, Europe Countries, Asia, India, News land, Australia for many years.
Q2: What kind of boats could you produce?
A2: We focus on inflatable boats including sports boats, fishing boats, rafting, kayak, banana boats, flying fishing, catamarans, and other inflatables.
Q3: What kind of PVC do you have?
A3: We have 0.7mm, 0.9m,1.2mm PVC with different colors. We will recommend suitable material according to your required boat sizes and budget.
Q4: What is your MOQ?
A4: MOQ is 1PC. Delivery can be made within 1 week.
Q5: Do you have stock?
A5: We do not have stock. Clients would like to personalize their boats.
Q4: If we order large quantities, how do you assure all boats same as each other?
A4: We have automatic cutting machines. The cutting machine accurately cuts the hull material according to the drawings entered in advance, and automatically marks the size and position of the accessories during the cutting process.
The effective cutting area is 15.5x2 meters, and multiple hull materials can be cut at the same time according to different boat types. Therefore, in large quantities, we are able to guarantee hull consistency.
Q5: What is your delivery time?
A5: Depends on your quantity and requirement. Normally, a sample order of quantity below 5pcs is made delivery within 1 week. For large orders of quantity more than 10pcs, 15-30 days. For OEM&ODM order, we will evaluate.
Q6: Do you recommend Hypalon?
A6: Depends on your demand. We have 1.0mm, 1.2mm ORCA, Taiwan FORMAOSAN. We also could provide TPU.
Q7: Could you produce our design inflatables?
A7: Could you please send us the design? Our engineer team will make the evaluation. I will get back to you. For your information, we have our own professional R&D department. Our senior engineers have been working in this industry for 25 years and have engaged in OEM and ODM projects for many international brands in leading factories. This ensures extremely correct design and precise
cutting, framing, and strict SOP of our inflatable boats.
