A: For mass production: 30% TT deposit, balance against B/L Faxed Copy
Samples : 1-3pc stock samples are free,freight collect;customized logo, charged print plated cost,about 35 dollars for 1 color 1 positionand ;freight collect.

Q4: Does this bottle sweat? we have the outside get wet from condensation ? 

A: This bottle does not sweat. It is exactly as advertised. Cold liquids stay cold for at least 24 hours . we have the Heat and cold cycle testing machine to test several times before shipped out

Q5: How long is the production lead time?

A: It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Q6: What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?

A: We have our own designer in house. JPG, AI,CDR or PDF are all ok.
We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.

Q8: Can we leave it in the freezer over night?

A: It probably wouldn't serve much of a purpose. The point of the double wall insulation is to make it impervious to outside temperatures. It would be much more effective to use ice inside

A: All of our products are high quality food grade 18/8 stainless steel and do not contain any lead
