Description

The cabinet is made of aluminum sheet metal parts. The material is AlMg3  that is a corrosion resistant alloy of aluminum.

The heat exchanger core is using advanced patented technology design, it has good heat transfer performance and small wind resistance and using aluminum foil with special surface treatment as heat exchange medium.

Specially designed heat exchange fin with the largest heat exchange surface.

Assembled with self-developed technology, ensuring tight internal and external circulation. 

Make sure intelligent control of the entire heat exchanger unit, to realize real-time monitor and adjust rotating speed of the heat exchange fans and working conditions of the heater under different internal and external environment.

Fans

 

The fans used are both 48VDC powered 225mm centrifugal fan. At full speed  they consume approx 180W total
