A2: Yes. Please send us the details such as materials, Logo design and technique, and any other specifications.
Q3: How can we follow-up on our order while it is in the process?
A3: Our teams are going to follow you up constantly with pictures and email throughout the process. If you have any other requirements, please tell us.
Q4: How long is your sample time ?
A4: Usually sample time needs 5-7days.
Q5: Can you send samples before the bulk production?
A5: After the sample deposit confirmation, we will start the sample making process. Once the sample is done we will send to you according to your needs.
Q6: Can I get a sample before bulk order & what's your sample policy?
A6: Yes, we are happy to make samples for your testing before you place large order. For this is our first cooperation with each other. we will charge fees each sample. But the sample fee just a symbol, we will return the sample fee to you upon your large order is confirmed.
