Yes ,samples are available , OEM & ODM also acceptable.

4.How about MOQ & LEAD TIME ?
Low MOQ, 1 pcs sample also acceptable . Lead time from 3-25 days depend on quantity .
5.What's the payment terms?
Usually T/T 30% deposit , T/T 70% balance before shipping .
6.How to processed order ?
