1.The high frequency heating machine is not only the induction ring of the high frequency machine, but also the sensor, electromagnetic transducer and so on. is the energy output device of induction heating equipment such as high frequency machine and intermediate frequency machine. In order to ensure the heating speed and efficiency, the parameters such as the number of turns (number of circles), diameter, shape and size must meet the requirements of impedance matching conditions and workpiece process. Relatively speaking, the larger the diameter of the induction ring, the less the number of rings; the smaller the diameter, the more the number of rings.

2. The common sensors are outer surface heating sensor, inner hole heating sensor, plane heating sensor, universal type heating sensor, special type heating sensor, single type heating sensor, compound type heating sensor, melting heating furnace and so on.

3.In the material selection, should choose the resistivity small high pure copper, the specification, the wall thickness should be able to satisfy the maximum working current request. In order to avoid the induction ring and workpiece touch fire, induction ring turn fire, anti-magnetic saturation and other damage to the machine or workpiece.

4.In making, we should not only design the induction scheme, determine the shape of the induction ring, and calculate the main parameters. Also need to choose good insulation,  and protection and other materials. such as high temperature insulated casing, high temperature insulation cotton, quartz tube, graphite tube, silica gel and refractory materials.

5.The performance of the induction coil directly affects the effective output power, working efficiency, stability reliability and service life of the equipment. Therefore, every sensor should be strictly designed and manufactured, even need to be tested and demonstrated

Warranty

Our machine warranty is 12 months, Our machines are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship a year from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will, at its sole options, replace any components that fail in normal use. Such replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover consumables and failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs.

Replacement will be shipped to you after photo or other evidence are provided and investigated.

Free service will not be provided if: It has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tamped with or alerted or repaired in any way by persons other than technicians of us. It has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident. It has become malfunction as caused by power interruption or abnormal voltage input or natural calamities. Damage of using it beyond the product is applicable. If the products can not work normally after you receive, please contact us directly.
