Product Description
CFS-104, Tetraethyl orthosilicate is the ethyl ester of orthosilicic acid. It is widely used as the equivalent of Dynasylan®SILBOND® Pure, Momentive Silquest TEOS, and ShinEtsu KBE-04.
Application:
CFS-104 is an important material for sol-gel processing. It can be used as a crosslinker and a binder in adhesives, coatings and silicone rubbers, especially suitable for zinc-rich paints.
CFS-104 can be used for the surface treatment of metals, glass, fibers, inorganic fillers and pigments. It can improve mechanical properties and chemical properties of the composites.
CFS-104 can be used for optical glass processing and improve the light transmittance.
CFS-104 can be used as an insulation material in electronic industry and a silica source for semiconductors and zeolites synthesis.

CFS-104 should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.
CFS-104 should be stored in its original containers and used up as soon as possible after opening.
When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-104 has a shelf life of 12months.
