   Difference between pool heat pump and air energy water heater


   The working principle of pool heat pump is the same as that of air energy water heater. Both take air as the heat source and absorb air heat through refrigerant to heat cold water. There are two major differences between pool heat pump and air energy water heater:


   1, Different condenser


   The air energy water heater generally adopts shell and tube heat exchanger and casing heat exchanger, and the pipeline is copper; The pool heat pump adopts titanium tube heat exchanger, and the pipeline is 99.9% pure titanium.


   Air energy water heater is different from pool heat pump heat exchanger


   2, Different temperature of produced water


   The water production temperature of air energy water heater is generally 55 ℃, and the swimming pool is generally disinfected with chlorine preparation. Chloride and copper will produce chemical reaction. The swimming pool heat pump is replaced with titanium tube heat exchanger, which has high corrosion resistance to chloride, sulfide and ammonia. The constant temperature of the swimming pool only needs 27 ~ 31 degrees of hot water. In order to save costs, the manufacturer reduces the length of the titanium tube, thus reducing the heat exchange area, limiting the maximum water production temperature to 45 degrees. The shell of the titanium tube heat exchanger is made of PVC material; The temperature of the produced water should be 55 degrees (the water temperature required by the sauna pool). The shell of the titanium tube heat exchanger must be made of stainless steel, and the length of the titanium tube should also be lengthened, which will greatly increase the cost.
