Die-head
The die head is made by stainless steel S136H or high quality alloyed steel 38CrMoAIA with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.It is manufactured by high precision CNC center, resulting highest quality and best performance of this part.
Clamping System
All clamp and carriage movements are on liner guid rail and slide bearings, ensuring steady and accurate action, less resistance and fast speed.The clamping unit adopts clamp-style with two platens and the platen size is designed to suit for variety of bottles in a wide range.
Hydraulic System
Clamping forced by hydraulic cylinders with proportional valves at the bottom. This special structure ensures the rigid feature of the platen and also keeps equal force distribution of platens, without deformation.
Drive System
