●Cleaning system:  maize cleaner, and destoner to take the stone, thread, iron and other impurity out 

●Moisture and degerminating system: the cleaning maize going to the moisture dampener and degerminator to get the big maize particles, and take the germ and maize skin out.

●Milling and sifting system: the big maize particles come to the roller mill and sifter to get the final product : different sizes of super maize meal, maize grits, maize flour.

●Packing system: we have manual packing and automatic packaging system for different clients' choice.

Q3. Do you have certificate for the maize mill machine? 

You know many maize mill machinery suppliers do not have qualifications and their machinery can not pass any of the certifications, such as BV,PVOC, Soncap,,ISO, etc. After you receive the machine,you can not clear the goods from the destination port smoothly because of lack of the certification, which will bring too much headache. You are worried if you buy machine from uncertified suppliers.

Well what we do is:
All of our machines are passed ISO, BV,CE certifications.

In fact, every month we have maize milling machines shipping to Kenya, all of client can get COC certificate smoothly. 

Q4. Where can I get spare parts for the maize flour mill milling machines?

You know the spare parts is very important for the machine running. Many flour mill factory have to stop there line because no spare parts provide. When you need to buy the spare parts you even can not find the supplier or they gave you very expensive price.

Well what we do is:

1, We supply one or two years spare parts together with the machine delivery. Then during the machine running the client have not need to hurry for the spares. They just need to change the one broken or useless one, no need to stop the line long time.

2, We have branch office in Ethiopia Zambia and Uganda, which have stock spare parts. It is very easier for client to get the spare parts locally.

Q5. What about installation?

You Know Sometimes when customers be ready to install flour mill machine, the sellers can not arrange engineers to guide install, train and test machines timely.

Well what we do is that Hongdefa as a factory with more than 35 years of experience in flour mill field, we have professional technical team with more than 60 installation engineers, and all engineers with more than 10 years of experience,and 15 engineers have over 30 years experience.
