SiC coated graphite carrier plate:
The silicon carbide coated graphite disk adopts physical or chemical vapor deposition, spraying and other methods to prepare a silicon carbide protective layer on the graphite surface. The prepared silicon carbide protective layer can firmly adhere to the graphite substrate, make the surface of the graphite substrate dense and void-free, and endow the graphite substrate with special properties, including oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, erosion resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. The silicon carbide-coated graphite disk is currently one of the best susceptors for epitaxial growth of monocrystalline silicon and gallium nitride (GaN), and is the core component of the epitaxial furnace.
