KT-686 EVA Shoe Sole Machine
This machine can make various kinds of slipper, shoe, sandal, boot and sole with EVA material.
3. Hydraulic management controlled by permanent magnet brushless motors (SERVO-MOTORS) which, in addition to energy saving, completely eliminates the annoying noise normally generated by conventional hydraulics.
4. Each mould-holder fits 2 moulds, Automatic compensation of the mould plates,Fast opening of mould-holders thanks to toggle system,350 mm opening stroke.
5. One station with one set mold,pressure, time of moulding,mould temperature and cooling time all controlled
independently, which can make the outsole perfect.Finished product ratio can up to 98%.
6. Automatic system for open and close mold will reduce labor intensity a lot.
7. Machine designed for excellent energy saving (optional) with the same high performance levelGuaranteed energy savings up to 35%-50%.
8. Low operate platform,Operating height is ergonomic and comfortable .
9. It does not need water cooling circulation for mold station.
10. Automatic safety door and fence structure ensure the safety of personnel.
