Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

A1: We are factory and owned 2 different factories(which is specializing Toys and Sports) with  200 workers in total. 

Q2: What is your hot items?

A2: We do have 2 professional designers and over 250 skus will come true each year and our main products are Animal Bouncer,Gym ball,Pvc toys ball and Pet ball ect.

Q3: Can you provide samples? How much do you charge for the sample?

A3: Sure, we are welcome sample order for further checking.Existing samples are free, but develop sample need 100usd for animal hopper,80usd for yoga ball,100usd for hopper ball and 400usd for full printing ball.

Q4: How about the delivery date?

A4: Stock: generally 5-10 days after receiving your payment.                                                                   No stock: 20-30 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment.The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5:What OEM services are avaliable?

A5: We accept OEM and ODM.Support color, Logo printing and color box customization. Please feel free to contract us if you need more info.

Q6: How about the MOQ ?

A6: Lower MOQ of 500PCS per item. but we also accept lower qty for your trial order. 

Q7:What's your payment term and loading port?

A7: T/T--30% deposit, the balance to be paid before shipment. From Shanghai or Ningbo Port.
