1. all materials will be 100% certainly inspect,any defect materials will be returned and not used. |
2. Each fixture will be done at least 12 hours performance testing after assembled but before close cover. |
3. Fixture will take 24-48 hours aging test after finished. |
4. Each batch production we will take around 5% quantity to do hang test. |
