For customized samples, we will charge sample fee which will be refunded after the order placed.

4. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Normally 3-7 working days after the payment about the stock products, 20-30 working days after the payment which depends on the products&quantity

A: Ningbo/Shanghai. Or we could offer EXW price, you can choose the delivery by air, vessel, etc
