PVC pipe dust-free cutting machine:
machine is mainly used for cutting and chamfering of PVC pipes, which has the characteristics of fast cutting speed, no burr on the section, smooth chamfering, high cutting accuracy of fixed length and so on.
The control device adopts Mitsubishi PLC controller, Tianjin Luosheng text display, Chinese and English menu display manual cutting, automatic cutting free conversion, with emergency reset button, automatic detection of saw blade position. Fuji frequency converter is used to adjust the cutting speed of different caliber pipes.
The eccentric wheel is used for feeding, the performance is fixed without clamping, the milling depth is adjustable, the tool
holder is equipped with pushing guide device, which can push the cut pipe to the expanding machine station better, and the outside is equipped with pushing guide groove, which can more effectively ensure the online connection with the expanding machine and complete the full-automatic expanding requirements.
For pipe cutting with different sizes and diameters, the machine is equipped with feed parameters, and feed push rod is equipped with scale line corresponding to pipe diameter to control the chamfering of pipe cutting with different diameters. The operation is very simple and convenient to ensure humanization and automation of production.
1, Features of planetary cutting machine:
1. Cutting range: pipe diameter 110, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400 and equipped with a complete set of clamps.
2. Cutting speed: each cutting chamfer cycle shall not exceed 8 seconds (according to the cutting pipe length of 6m).
3. Maximum cutting wall thickness: 40mm
4. Longitudinal moving length of cutting platform: 1200mm
5, Cutting length: minimum 600 mm, no maximum cutting limit.
6. One side chamfering of pipe, the chamfering size is adjustable, and the minimum chamfering wall thickness is not less than 1.5mm.
