Q1. Can I know what the budget is for setting up a factory?
A: As far as we are concerned, we will help you with raw materials, machines and training which amount to a budget of about USD20000 with entry-level set-up. In addition, you also need to pay for the workforce, the workshop space and other necessities.
Q2. How many workers do I need to hire? How big should the factory be?
A: For a start-up, you only need 10 workers for a small-sized factory. They will handle the framing, powder-coating, weaving and packing. Speaking of factory space, 2000 square feet will do.
Q3. What machines do I need for making outdoor furniture? 
A: Saw cutting machine, bending machine, punching machine, drilling machine, welding machine, polishing machine and weaving machine.
Q4. What process shall I follow to set up a factory?
A: Order plastic rattan from us or machines, depending on your needs. Lead time is 30-35 days or so. In addition, we can arrangethe VISA for the trainers for your factory set-up project and liaison between trainers and you.
Q5. How much does the training cost? What’s included in the training cost? How about the air ticket, visa cost,
accommodations,etc.? How many working hours does the trainer work each day?
A: We can offer training of framing and weaving. Training cost includes trainer's salary, insurance, air tickets, visa etc. The trainer works 8 hours a day. Regarding the training cost, please inquire our sales people for greater details.
Q6. I do want to have your training service. However, do you have an MOQ on plastic rattan? Could I try with several hundreds kilos?
A: Our main business is plastic rattan. We provide our customers with training service just as a help. Thus, an MOQ of several tons is a must.
