Q: What is the MOQ?

A: Normally MOQ would be one 20GP or one 40GP container, subject to the type of seating products you ordered. Orders less than MOQ are still accepted based on different shipping terms. 

Q: What are the shipping terms?

A: FOB GUANGZHOU for orders meets MOQ. EX-WORK for orders less than MOQ. We can arrange to ship for EX-WORK order, but all shipping costs would be at the buyer's expense. 

Q: How long will it take for delivery?

A: It will take about 25-30 days, subject to the type of product and quantity you order. Usually, 1,000 seats without woodwork take about 28 days, and 30 days with woodwork. 

Q: What are the payment terms?

A: Payment to Leadcom will be through telegraphic transfer: 30% down payment before production and 70% balance upon production completion. 30-day free storage will be offered in case of any delay in shipping. 

Q: How long will my chairs be warranted?

A: Leadcom will provide a 5-year manufacturer's limited warranty to our original purchaser of new products from the date of purchase. Warranty is based on material defects causing product failure within warranty. Leadcom will determine the course of action by supplying free parts, and repairing or replacing the defective products.
