1. Our air ambient vaporizer is made from 6063-T5 high quality pure aluminum with refined welding craft and strengthen structure , Our material, Fin thickness is 2.0mm, center contector profile is 4mmTHK, The inner stainless tube we use dia22*3.3mm 304 stainless steel. base plate tickness is 15mm. While other factory might use low quality with low intensity thin aluminum profile to make, which will decrease the heat exchange effect. 
2. All our welds connections are welded by manual argon arc welding, and argon gas must be passed through the pipe; while other factory Welding gap might not sealed well, which cause gas leakage.
3. All surfaces of our vaporizer in contact with oxygen are degreased and degreased according to oxygen requirements;
4. each Unit of our vaporizer will go through Non- destructive test to make sure None gas leakage ,we use nitrogen gas to test leakage, and use water pressure to test intensity. 
5. the air-temperature vaporizer will be properly packed and effectively transported according to our Quality Manul JB/T4711-2003 before leaving the factory to prevent transportation deformation
