Q1: How about warranty?

A1:

1 years warranty. The main parts of the machine (excluding the consumables) shall be changed free of charge if has any quality problem during the warranty period. The warranty period starts after the machine leaves our factory.

Q2: I don’t know which model is suitable for my work?

A2:

Please let me know:

1) Your materials common sizes, it decides which cutting bed you need.

2) Your materials thickness, it decides which power of laser generator you need.

3) Your business/products, we would like to give you some suggestions with our rich experience.

Q3: Payment terms?

A3:

1)    For first order from new customer:

40% TT deposit, 60% balance before shipment.

2)    For partners:

30% TT deposit, 70% balance against BL copy.

3)    Other payment methods:

Alibaba trade assurance/West Union/PayPal/Cash and so on.

Q4: Do you have CE/CO certificate and other documents for customs clearance?

A4:

Yes, we have all kinds of certificates and documents required by the most countries in the world. After shipment we will send the whole set documents (CE/CO/FORM A/Packing list/Commercial Invoice) to you for customs clearance.

Q5: I don’t know how to use after I receive or I have problem during use, how to do?

A5:

1)    We have detailed user manual with pictures and CD, you can learn step by step. And our user manual updates every month for your easy learning if there is any update on machine.

2)    If have any problem during use, please stop the machine and contact us first. Our engineers will check and tell you how to do. All popular APPs are available for our engineers, such as TeamViewer, WhatsApp, Email, Phone, Skype, AnyDesk, WeChat, ZOOM.

3)    We also provide door service if you need.

Q6: Delivery time

A6:

Basic model order, it only needs 15 working days. Customized order, it needs 20-45 working days.

In case of irresistible factors, such as government intervention, COVID-19, environmental factors, the time will be extended accordingly.

Q7: If we need JIADING technician to train us after order, how to charge?

A7:

1) We officially provide 3 working days free training at our factory; the customers can stay in our factory to keep learning depending on their learning situation.

2) We also can send our technician to the customer’s factory to install the machine and train the workers for 7 days. The customer bears the cost of technician’s tickets/room and board. If it exceeds 7 days, the engineer will be paid $150 per day for the excess time

Q8: What’s package and transportation?

A8:

First, we will use wrapping film to cover the machine and fixed the machine on a pallet, and use plywood to make a box to pack the machine.

We suggest customers to choose FCL, it is much safer than LCL.

If the customer chooses LCL to load our machine, please do not put any heavy objects on the box.

Regarding machine parts with small size by air. We will pack it with safety method.
