Spinning Factory
Yarn is the basis for making sweaters, and SPRINGAIR strictly controls the quality from the source. The annual yarn output of SPRINGAIR Spinning Factory can reach 1,200 tons, including pure cashmere, cashmere blended, pure wool, wool blended, cashmere wool blended, yak blended, organic cotton, viscose, polyester and other yarns. SPRINGAIR can provide you Certified Responsible Wool Standard, Certified Responsible Down Standard, Certified Responsible Mohair Standard, Content Standard Organic 100, Content Standard Organic Blend, Global Recycled Standard, Woolmark, Good Cashmere Standard and other product certifications.
Production Base
In term of productivity, we possess not only the China-based manufacturing center but also on Myanmar.Both bases adopt imported production lines from UK, Italy and Germany, to boost their annual output. Together in combination of 2000 tons of yarns, 10 million pieces of apparel, 1 million pieces of cashmere blankets, 1.5 million dozen of hats, scarves and socks, and 3 million pieces of other home series, the annual turnover exceed 100 million dollars.

SPRINGAIR can produce Pure Cashmere Yarn, Merino Wool Yarn, Wool Blend Yarn, Cashmere blend yarn ,pure yak or yak blend yarn ,and various kinds of other yarns such as cotton blend yarn,viscose blend yarn, acrylic and polyester blend yarn.
5. WHAT TYPES OF GAUGE DO YOU PRODUCE FOR KNITTING?
We produce from 1.5 gauge to 16 gauges.
6. How about MOQ?
Normally MOQ for garments and accessories is 300pcs/per style;MOQ for yarn is 100kgs/per color (there is no MOQ for stock service color card) .We can accept to produce the order quantity less than MOQ with surcharge.
7. HOW CAN I CHOOSE MY SHADES?
For stock yarn, we have color cards for your chosen. We can also make color lab-dips according to Pantone color number or your original color standard samples for your approval.
8. HOW CAN I SEND MY DESIGN TO YOU?
You can send us your design through e-mail or also can send it through our chat widget on our website.
9. WHAT ARE THE PROCESS FOR SAMPLING?
First send us your requirements which includes your sample design, gauge, yarn, measurements and pay the sampling charge upfront. After that our sampling team will start their work to match and fulfill your needs.
10. WHAT ARE THE PROCESSES FOR PRODUCTION?
Based on your approved sample we will send you final specs for approval. We will send you pre-production sample for approval before proceeding bulk.
