A:We are a manufacturer, welcome to visit our plant at any time, we are in Foshan city.
Q:How can I get the samples?
A: You can get the samples after negotiating with us in advance.
Q: When's the delivery time for the sample?
A:The samples will be ready for 7~10 days by UPS, FEDEX, DHL or TNT.
Q:Do you offer OEM&ODM service? And print our LOGO is available please
A:Yes, OEM and ODM is available, Printing customer’s logo is acceptable.
Q: How about the delivery time for the normal order?
A: Usually the production time after getting down payment is 30-60 days depends on the different qty and models.
Q: How do you control quality?
A: Four times qualities, first is material incoming inspection, second is the manufacturing progress inspection, the third is final total function quality inspection, the fourth is packing inspection, the defective faulty rate will be less than 0.2%, the defective products will be recalled and returned to us within guarantee period, we will provide the necessary vulnerable spareparts together with the normal order and fireplaces.
Q: Do you offer guarantee for the fireplaces and service after sales?
A: Usually, we offer 3 year warranty to our customer and the normal fire place useful life can be more than 3 year, and free ofspare parts will be dispatched together the next normal orders.
