1. Can I get a catalogue of your door handles?

2. Can I get a free sample of door handle?

Yes. We can provide some samples free of charge but it will be freight collect by buyer for delivery. If you want to customize a special sample, it will cost material, tooling and time.

3. How long can the sample be delivered?

The sample usually can be ready in our factory within 1 week. If you choose door-to-door express, the courier will take 3-6 working days.

4. How many accessories are included in one pair of door handle?

Usually 1 pair of door handle includes:

- 1 pair of door handle on rose together with 1 pair of rosette or 1 pair of door handle on long plate

- 1 pc spindle

- 2 sets of cutting thread nickel plated bolt through with nuts

- 6 pcs of wood screws

- 1 pc of Allen key

We also accept special order of accessories.

5. Can you make different packing of door handle?

Yes. We can make the packing as follows:

White or color box packing, poly bag packing, blister packing, cardboard packing, etc.

6. Can I have our own logo on product and package?

Yes. We can imprint or laser the logo on product, and can print/sticker the logo on package as well.

7. I am looking for supplier who can O.E.M our product. Am I safe if I send our drawing to you?

Yes, we welcome sample or trial order.  

Usually, our standard MOQ is 1000pairs each model and each shipment.

For sample order, 1 pair or more is ok.

For trial order, more than 100 pairs can be accepted.

9. Who are your main customers?

We are mainly supplying large quantity of door handles to customer as follows: 

Door factory, D.I.Y. chain stores, hardware wholesalers and distributors, Internet shop, etc.

11. How long will the goods be shipped?

 Within 45 days after an order is placed.

12. How to pay for the goods?

 We accept Trade Assurance payment method. 

The usual payment is 30% T/T in advance, and the rest 70% by T/T before shipment or 70% by D/P at sight via bank. 

We also accept 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
