With 2-4 liquid filling heads. Each station is equipped with an entry sensor. no can no fill. Liquid filler can fill water, solvents and medium viscosity material by self-suction.
Consists of a valve sorting, valve inserting, valve correcting. saves labor and improves production efficiency. It can insert the aerosol valve with or without tubes.
Valve crimping & Gas filling machine
Crimping machine is used to seal the valve with internal expanding mode. Gas fillers is applicable to fill Propane, Butane, Freon, DME, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Oxygen, compressed air and R134a, etc. No can no filling.
the whole machine is fully explosion-proof, it could detect the weight of each finished can, and reject the unqualified can automatically. It has advantage of easy operation, fast speed, high accuracy and good stability
use to test aerosols’ leakage. putting aerosol products into water tanks automatically and control the temperature in tanks at 55℃ (by electrical heating or steam heating) checking the inner pressure and leakages of valve or cans.
consists of a vibration hopper and an indexing table, it can automatically arrange and convey caps, and automatically press caps onto aerosol cans.
