AT Pneumatic Actuator

AT pneumatic actuator is a special actuator that changes the air source pressure through 90 degrees and converts it into output torque through a series of mechanical transmissions. The structure is designed as double-piston rack and pinion transmission. Its action form is divided into double action and single action (spring return). The action direction can be flexibly set to positive action or reaction according to the needs of the site. The AT actuator is different from traditional products. The adjusting bolt concentrated on one side of the actuator can adjust the valve opening and closing position more accurately and conveniently; the precision machined inner hole and outer surface are hard anodized (in special cases, anodized + Teflon coating), superior wear resistance and longer service life.

AT pneumatic actuator is suitable for valve control of butterfly valve, ball valve, plug valve, etc. with 90° angular stroke.
