Woking Principle
The double-layer centrifugal bucket is divided into two layers, inner and outer. The inner layer is a vertebral body like a
washing machine, which is made of stainless steel and has an annular spacer. The inner vertebral body has many small holes and the outer layer is also cone-shaped. Form a closed water jacket with the inner layer. The middle transmission shaft is a hollow shaft, and the pressurized water is punched into the inner sleeve of the double-layered centrifugal barrel through the hollow shaft, and is sprayed into the partition between the small holes of the inner layer to form a back flushing water. The selected gold-bearing minerals enter the bottom of the double-layer centrifugal bucket in the form of slurry from the upper feeding tube. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the slurry slides upward along the inner cone, and heavy material such as heavy monomer is precipitated between the spacers. The light substance slides up until it reaches the upper mouth of the double-layered centrifugal barrel and is discharged through the tailings trough. The heavy substance between the strips is under the impact of the recoil,
and the heavier substance is deposited on the bottom layer of the spacer, the lighter substance It is constantly replaced by new heavy materials into the compartments. After a period of time, the gold-containing heavy substances between the compartments are removed. That is to complete a beneficiation process.
