Product Description

WNS series horizontal fire tube boiler is a boiler shell type 3 passes wetback oil/gas fired boiler. After fuel is being atomized by burner, flame is full of the wave furnace and transfer heat via furnace wall, this is 1st pass; the high temperature smoke is collected in reversal chamber and then enters 2nd pass which is grooved tubes bundle area; after heat convection, air temperature gradually falls and goes to front smoke box and turn to 3rd pass, which is smooth tubes bundle area, and then enters chimney passing back smoke box and exhausted to the atmosphere.

(1) Design of heat transfer surface

The boiler design increases the heat transfer surface in the furnace, the combustion chamber adopts a full corrugated furnace, and the smoke pipe adopts a large number of threaded smoke pipes, thereby strengthening the heat transfer effect, prolonging the residence time of the flue gas in the furnace, and making the flue gas fully heat exchange. The design of the heating surface, the heating area of the boiler can reach more than 30 square meters per steam ton, which fully guarantees the output of the boiler and high thermal efficiency. ability to run. The good elasticity of the corrugated furnace has strong adaptability to thermal expansion and cold contraction, eliminating the stress of the boiler due to changes in cold and heat, and avoiding equipment damage that may be caused by it.


(2) Full wet back structure

The smoke return chamber at the rear of the boiler adopts a water-cooled full wet back structure, 100% water-in-fire overall design, and the high-temperature flue gas is wrapped by the water space, which solves the cooling and sealing problems of the smoke return chamber and avoids the front and rear smoke boxes. Regular maintenance work greatly reduces boiler accidents and maintenance workload, making boiler operation safer and more reliable;


(3) Three-return flue gas circulation

The first return combustion chamber of the heat transfer surface in the boiler is arranged in the lower part of the middle of the boiler body; the third return is the reversal smoke tube group arranged on the left and right sides of the combustion chamber symmetrically, because it is located in the low water level area, there is no radiation loss; The second-return smoke pipe group is arranged above the symmetrical third-return smoke pipe group. The advantages of this heat transfer surface arrangement are: the large-capacity combustion chamber can ensure that both gaseous and liquid fuels can be fully burned, and the uniform diffusion of flue gas temperature reduces NOX emissions and is clean and environmentally friendly.

The combustion chamber is designed to be completely contained in the water in a low-level arrangement. After the heat radiation is transferred, the water in the pot is convected, and then there is an instant movement. The water is stirred by the huge temperature difference to form natural convection, which promotes the boiling steam to rise and the cold water to fall. The never-ending symmetrical circulation process achieves heat transfer and ensures uniform heating of the boiler.

The symmetrical arrangement of the boiler flue pipes makes the thermal stress on the boiler uniform from left to right, greatly prolonging the service life of the boiler; this design not only retains a large water level safety range, but also makes the steam moisture content low and effectively ensures the steam quality.

The lower part of the boiler forms a relatively "stable" alkalinity sedimentation area, which is convenient for daily sewage discharge and easy operation and management of the boiler.
